Despite the automatic shutdown when overcooking or when the pot is being cooked, an easy-to-understand user interface is very important. For this reason, all symbols can be quickly and clearly identified visually. The touch-sensitive control elements are integrated into the continuous glass surface and thus enable easy cleaning. The intuitive user interface with child lock creates the basis for clear and safe operation.

The Silvercrest induction hob serves as an additional cooking area when it gets too tight on the stove.
Induction hobs have been on the rise for several years: they use less energy when cooking and are easier to clean. Because unlike a ceramic hob, for example, it is not the stove itself that is heated. Instead, there is an induction coil in the stove, which generates an electromagnetic field. This is transferred to magnetic pans and pots and heats them up. Induction stoves therefore absolutely require cookware made from so-called ferromagnetic metals. Other pots and pans cannot be used.
