In order to also be able to inspire professional craftsmen with Parkside products, discounter LIDL has created a serious Parkside Performance series Tool lineup brought to market. The machines in the Performance series are equipped with compact high-performance brushless motors that inspire every craftsman and are simply a pleasure to work with.
The design requirements should be to convey this boost of performance, compared to the conventional green Parkside tool series, to the consumer as soon as they look at the product for the first time and to further improve ergonomics.
Thanks to the high-quality, compact package, we were able to create very slim geometries. The black plastic, with the carefully chosen surface structure, combined with the distinctive red and silver accents, looks sporty and high-quality. In order to give the tool a strong appearance despite its slim basic geometry, the additive design elements of the green parkside design language, such as the three-way ribs above the logo surface, were used and particularly pronounced.
In contrast to these muscle-like design elements, the handle is as thin as possible with its new, revised TPE drawing and the indentation for the middle finger below the trigger, for an optimal and secure grip in every work situation.
The Parkside Performace series is the beginning of a new, even more sophisticated era of discount tools.
