Für die deut­sche Tra­di­ti­ons­mar­ke Lett­man aus Moers set­zen wir seit 2013 die neu­en Pad­del­mo­del­le um. Die Fir­ma Lett­mann ist seit über 50 Jah­ren füh­rend in der Ent­wick­lung von Kanusport-Paddeln. Vie­le Olym­pia­sie­ge und Welt­meis­ter­ti­tel gehen auf die fort­schritt­li­chen und inno­va­ti­ven Pad­del­kon­zep­te zurück. Das Erfolgs­ge­heim­nis liegt unter ande­rem in der zeit­ge­mä­ßen Ent­wick­lung von Formwerkzeugen.

Sin­ce the com­pa­ny was han­ded over to the second gene­ra­ti­on of the fami­ly, the trend has been towards much more dura­ble and com­plex molds that can only be pro­du­ced using the CNC pro­cess. PROJEKTER INDUSTRIAL DESIGN takes over the tran­si­ti­on from the pre­vious­ly purely manu­al pro­duc­tion of molds and molds to digi­tal imple­men­ta­ti­on. With our know-how in the are­as of lami­na­ting tech­no­lo­gy, mold making and digi­tal tool design, we sup­port the Lett­mann com­pa­ny in pro­cess acce­le­ra­ti­on and qua­li­ty assurance.

Entwicklung von Formwerkzeugen

Die Bear­bei­tung durch PROJEKTER INDUSTRIAL DESIGN, umfasst Ent­wick­lungs­pro­zess: von der struk­tu­rel­len Bera­tung der Bau­tei­le, über die gemein­sa­me Aus­le­gung und Ana­ly­se von Fes­tig­kei­ten und sta­ti­schen Form­de­tails, bis hin zur CAD-Umsetzung der Roh- und Werk­zeug­tei­le. Die Infusions- und Pre­preg­la­mi­nat­for­men wer­den von uns in einer engen Zusam­men­ar­beit mit der Fir­ma Lett­mann ent­we­der mit Rhi­no­ce­ros 3D oder Solid­Works umgesetzt. 

The result

Sin­ce PROJEKTER INDUSTRIAL DESIGN got invol­ved in 2013, in addi­ti­on to various recrea­tio­nal and com­pe­ti­ti­on padd­les (Speed, Mul­ti­wa­ve, Ergo­nom WW and Pro, Dra­gon, TyWarp), many other pro­ducts such as white water kay­aks and kay­ak accessories.
